Subject: She certainly had me convinced two weeks ago that she was going to live to see her new grand baby in September I can't read aboutbour weekend without crying her poor familly I still had her last email on my phone

Betsy knew Katiscotch was in contact with Thom, so I tracked down her email addy from Val, and then emailed her and she filled us in. She had just had lunch with Karen, Lilly, Kellye and Helene three weeks ago. She said Karen was on a lot of steroids kinda sleepy but they had a good time. I think I go the email from her Friday morning, and then Thom had emailed her that Karen had passed. Jeez, I hate even typing that she is gone. Betsy, Jodi and I went to see her in November, we wanted to see her before treatments started...... and thank God we did!
