problema sa inyo, compare nyo kaagad si regine sa kay mariah. well i guess you can't help it cause regine is singing mariah's songs. pero wag nyo namang sabihin na pale ang version ni regine compared to mariah's (LNS). in fairness naman kay regine, maganda naman ang versions nya of mariah's songs kahit papano. it's just a matter of preference, and i personally prefer regine's way of singing mariah's songs. kasi di ko feel 'yong masyadong mahangin na boses. mas gusto ko 'yong mostly full voice ang ginagamit sa pagkanta, or at least pinong headtone voice, hindi 'yong airy na headtone voice.

ohhh...that's great. i am a mariah fan too.. but i treasure regine more. Regine is a filipino and so underrated internationally. It flatters everyone that Regine is compared with Mariah. You would all agree that if Regine had been in international scene for a long time...ewan ko lang baka nakipaglaban siya in terms of sales and concerts kina mariah at celine. tsk tsk it's just too bad we're on the 3rd worrld na kahit sa MTV ASIA e hindi tayo makaporma samantalang ung mga ewang performance nina STEPH SUN e sobrang overhype...
regine never lypsynch in her concerts...mariah does it many times...well kasi kailangan para mapaganda ung rendition o back na rin. yeah..she gives good rendtions and everything pays off with her sales and all. regine does really great on live...and on tv and recorded live she's fine.
there are songs that mariah can sing which regine can't like MY SAVING GRACE nga..pero there are also regine renditions which mariah can't ...like AND I AM TELLING YOU and...SAY THAT YOU LOVE (lani concert version...ohh that's really high)
