Opinyon mo na naman yan, na wala sa sigaw at hiyaw ang ganda at taas ng boses. Sumang-ayon ako sa iyo na meron mga times na sumisigaw si Regine sa ibang niyang kinakanta pero hindi ako agree na pangit at hindi mataas iyon. Anyway, ang opinyon ko naman ay grabeh sa kasalungatan sa mga di mo patas na opinions noh! Ang mga pangit na kinakanta ni Regine na may sigaw ay ang mga performances niya na talagang super hataw ang haba ng panahon niya for a particular show, kaya nga dapat eh magpahinga muna siya. Pero generally speaking, napakaganda at very versitile/flexible ang voice ni Regine at para sa marami ay ang PINAKAMATAAS NA BOSES NA SA LAHAT NG MANG-AAWIT SA PILIPINAS KAHIT IHAMBING MO PA KINA LEA SALONGA, VERNIE VARGA, DULCE, LANI MISALUCHA, DESSA,ANNA FEGI, IVY VIOLAN AT IBA PA!
To argue and prove that Regine is really the BEST SINGER in the Philippines lets one by one enumerate her accomplishments and resume:
1. She won in Bagong Kampeon (not only in Bagong Kampeon but in other singing competions around the archipelago) for many weeks and declared champion. Is that what you call na hindi basehan ang boses at taas ni Ms. Regine!
2. She won as GRAND PRIZE WINNER in the Asia Pacific Song Festival. Meaning, even other personalities in other Asian countries did recognize her voice. Proved that she is one of the best not only in Asia but in the world.
3. She was the first or one of our local performers who was able to filled the Araneta Coliseum for two consecutives nights.
4. She was the only female singer (and even compared to other male artists)who had most numbers of duets/collaborations with other famous foreign singers.
5. Regine also has the most numbers of platinum (she even reached almost the Diamond status) status on most of her albums that even the megastar did not achieve.
6. She was the only singer who sold thousands of copies of albums all over Asia.
7. She has the RECORD of having the most numbers of performances/shows in Philippines compare to all singers. At karamihan sa shows niya ay SOLD-OUT.
8. She won at MTV Asia for two consecutive years as most favorite artist in the whole Philippines. Regine won other awards to some of our local award giving bodies.
9. At bonus pa, she is a box-office queen to consider. At halos lahat ng movies niya ay blockbuster. Laban ka?
10. Hindi lang iyon, meron na rin siyang acting award!!!!!!!!
11. Other bonus, meron na rin siyang recording company at TV production!!
Kulang pa ang mga binigay kong acomplishements ni Regine.
