I've been following her career since Teen Pan Alley days pa. I've learned to love & respect her style and her talent through the years. Because of this, whenever she sings songs na walang masyadong Regine Magic, eh I can't help but miss her glorious days of belting and proving to the world na she's got IT. Like I said, I would've preferred her singing "Sa Ugoy ng Duyan" over "Kahit Konting Pagtingin". Can't wait to see her on the 15th though... In fact, I love her more when she croons mellow tunes (you are my song, and would you believe i truly like her version of superstar and one love)... i just felt in the last back to back that she should be right on top when the occassion calls for it. last sunday's b2b was one of those "high" occassions. i think choosing "kahit konting pagtingin" was a bad choice of a song. a george canseco song would've been nice. i saw her perform sa ugoy ng duyan in that National Artist's concert before and it was great. oh well.... i guess as an audience, i really can't have it all.:) [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
