Regine's concert for the benefit of Bridges Fundation last year was priced 6500 per person and yet the show was jampacked also.

para lang yan bumibili ka, mas marami pa rin yung bumibili ng mas mahal per subok na ang QUALITY as compared naman sa MURA/BARGAIN nga pero hindi naman ganoon kaganda ang quality.

BTW, Regine-Ogie concert last friday was promoted only 2 weeks kasi isiningit lang siya. Originally the concert was scheduled 14 at Clark Pampanga and 15 at the araneta but for only 2 weeks the araneta show (Feb 15) was almost sold-out kaya they decided to cancel the Clark show and put another Araneta sched which is 13, friday.

Again, friday show (13th) was only given 2 weeks or so for promotion/plugging and yet 90+ percent full ang araneta, with their ticket price, it's not BAD after all. dba?

Jun: p6500.00 a tkt! Whoa..
That had to be only for big time sponsors and "A" class.

Which brings an interesting.. Weren't you the one who posted
something about Regine's Clone trying to be a "A" Class
kind of artist? Because I believe it was Joe from New York
aka Joe from New Jersey (no wonder he's a tough kind of
poster. Look where he hangs out!) who said he was against
the idea of Regine's Clone acting like or mentioning she
was a 'gay icon.' The point being if you look at this info
without thinking I'm being bad is how can one artist be
both? That's very rare thing to happen unless you're trying
to reach both classes. but risk the possibility of isolating
one of them. An artist has their own market. Lani being a
former band singer in Makati was not trying to get either
of the two back then. My main point giving more weight to
why she is being called a Regine Clone. Because she wasn't
being herself at these times.

But here we have 2 Regine fans. Sharp & smart good ones.
Both don't agree that Regine's Clone is a "A" Class nor
a "gay Icon." If she's neither of them than what is she?

Not bad at all.

I have something I hate to admit to Regine fans. When the
Pampanga show got cancelled I didn't do what I said I would
do if a show like did pull out. Which was make a dash with
my cousins and grab as many of those LARGE cool posters as
I could for the members of the mailing lists. But I waited
a week too long. And they were already gone. *sigh* Not sure
if they were taken by other fans. But a record bar kept one
for themselves and now that store has a nice colorful shade
outside of it for once. lol.. Acouple of chairs and it can
pass for a cafe.
