No offense here. I respect ur judgement of Mariah but Just as one guy said, everybody has their bad days. I know of some engagements where mariah was on a low key performance. A tribute to heroes was a struggle performance for mariah. She sand Hero pero No high notes. Not a single damn note. Her performance of the Star Spangled Banner at the superbowl was spectaclular though. Sobrang solemn and emotional. It started very low. actually too low for any female singer but she hit a G7# on the near end creating a climactic goosbumpy performance. Ever heard her live renditions of through the rain sa Mall of America and sa American Music Awards? Patok!!! Swabe. Shifting notes was a breeze. She even made an octave leap pagdating sa chorus. Pulido. See? You can't conclude that mariah's performance isn't that good now. Maybe once in a while.Anybody can have their bad day. Regine is too damn good. I admit.She might have lost leverage of the song kasi mahirap naman talaga ung thru the rain. mariah has a style na di pa masyado gamay ni regine, ung soft and asthmatic overtone. It helps her control the song. and kahit hindi tumili si mariah, she can play around with notes and sound good pa rin. Celine also advised that to oprah. it's not the height, its the vocal essence. Pero 1 thing's for sure, not Lani, not regine, not whitney, neither celine can hit headtones exceeding G7. mariah can hit a half or full note higher. But i'm sure regine can match mariah's full voice at C6. I heard regine do it. And she's good.

none taken.
I just can't tell the difference between a G7 or C6.

Who says that Regine can't hit a G#7?
What song did Mariah sing when she hit a C6 full voice?
And on the subject of her mall tours, she is lipping those too!
