Regine Appeared on SIS 2Day

Well, I'll be a brown monkey's uncle..

But that sure looked like Regine Velasquez
on SIS today. Ya know.. that show that has
both Gelli and her sister as ghost hosts
to someone else's brain.

Looks like Regine may become a regular there
after all. Unbelievable..

I'll take my comment back- Gelli's sister seems
to have her thoughts and stuff together.

She seems to be the brains of the show
and her sister is the eye candy attraction.

SUDDENLY THE SCENE CHANGED
INTO A REAL-LOOKING KITCHEN!

After Regine sang and answered a few questions
I begged we change the channel for a few
minutes and came back into a more interesting
looking situation and my favorite topic: food!

While Regine was trying to cook something eatable
(it did looked interestingly good to meh!) it
was Gelli that butts-in and said something
silly, 'let's talk about something else besides
cooking..' (Then why are we standing in front
of a stove with all this food if that wasn't the
subject at hand?!) So Reg took the moment to
plug her movie this week. ( I heard her co-star
called in to say a few words. Love the way we
promo our movies in our country. )

But back to Regine's cooking that probably had
more suspense going on than anything else..

It was Gelli's sister that importantly remarked
to Regine to (WAIT!WAIT!WAIT!) hold everything when
Regine was about to pour a full teaspoon of PATIS into
the frying pot or pan. Even the other women watching
with me shouted 'hoy!' when they saw how much it was.
lol..

So Regine just ended up pouring half-a-teaspoon worth.
(Maybe she likes that much patis with her food. Didn't
anyone think about that, eh? lol..)

I can plainly see Regine doesn't know her way around the
kitchen as well as she does a concert stage. That was
probably one of the best scenes we'll ever get to see of
Regine doing a reality show about herself. hehe..

I also have doubts that Gelli does as well. But her sister
can come over and share her cooking tips with my mom anytime.
And cook for me anytime too.

Got hungry watching Regine. Watching her cook I mean.

Oh, before I forget to mention-

And then there's that Ding Dong guy.. he was there too. You
know, Antoinette Taus true 'love team.' what a ding-a-ling
he is. Who's he kidding? There were a few fans of his
screaming fans when he did a duet with Reg. But make no
mistake about it.. Reg knows showbiz sip-sip when she
sees it and hears it.

Regine is waaaay out of his league and probably wanted
to tell him something like 'you can just be yourself
around me. No need for the sip-sip.' lolz! I prefer
that other actor. The one Regine fan Sha likes.
But he can be just as bad. Can't anyone give a real
compliment about Regine out there?!

He was calling Regine something like she's a 'Julia Roberts'
but Lucy Torres paid him one hell if a great compliment..
when she said DingDong looked like SUPERMAN. heh. You know,
Christopher Reeves. And Ding made the dong go off by saying
"That's my idol!" Brings tears to my eyes to hear stuff like
that.

I let some of the other fans give us the inside stuff about
the whole Regine appearance on tha show. I was busy going
in and out.
But when Regine sang her song from the new movie (nice
video playing in the background) my sister said Gelli's
feet was swaying to the song. She may actually be a Regine
fan!

I'm not really surprised about that. It seems that Gelli
may have been lislening since her begining in music.

Why else would she say before (during the bad times) that
she didn't want anyone playing Regine's tapes in her car
(in her presence) if they didn't have copies of Regine's
older albums in the first place, eh?

The kitchen scene was a good one. Definitely to be a classic
someday. Not only was Regine trying to do the cooking. But
around her was Lucy Gomez, Gelli de Belen and her sister
Janice(?) who seems to be the one who actually knows what
was cooking and going on. Lucy and Gelli didn't try to play
it up that they did. Good for them. Lolz!

di ko rin napanuod yung first time. wala namang ilangan? ayus lang ba?

kasi mukhang naiiyak si gelli nung tuesday after nung sunday na nag-guest si ariel sa sop. may sumulat kasi na wag na sanang intrigahin yung dalawa at parang may karugtong pa yun na ayaw basahin ni janice. sabi ni gelli bakit ayaw niya basahin. makes me wonder tuloy kung ano ba yun? baka something bad against regine. i swear, pahid ng pahid si gelli ng gilid ng mga mata niya.

hmmm...

totoo kayang friends na sila?

tska ang alam ko may gf si paolo bediones na nasa canada ata kaya mej malabo na nanliligaw siya kay reg. ayoko naman sa kanya for reg. siguro pinaka-ok na si piolo. pero regine deserves so much better than that.:)
