Subject: Starline Baton Company

The owner of Star Line Baton, Tyler Crum, spoke to me in the most insulting unprofessional manner about an item missing from my shipped order. After I found an item missing from my order shipment, I contacted the company to learn they were out of stock. I asked for a replacement item and he told me he should just refund everything because I would probably call back and complain about that too. There was much more said but I don't want to inundate this board. His tone was frustrated and curt instead of apologetic and helpful. I don't know a single business owner who has the audacity to speak to his/her customers in this manner. There are too many placed to buy these items to be treated this way. I will tell everyone I know about this experience b/c it is the customers that keep these businesses going and not the other way around. Good service goes a long way.
