Subject: Age to start twirling
In reply to: Rylee Wolfe 's message, "Too early?" on 10:59:46 03/23/11 Wed

THere is no perfect age to start. I started my oldest daughter when she was 4 she is amazing but does not enjoy twirling. She does like teaching though and is taking over a group this year. My middle daughter started at 18 months. She does okay but struggles with some techniques. She loves it though and has been a majorette with the high school 2 years now and planning on another 3 no she did not flunk hs and jr. hi are together at her school. My youngest started at 2 I think 4 may have been a better choice for her.

>Hi! I am wanting to start my daughter in twirling
>lessons and was wondering what a good age to start is.
>I started late (high school) and am wanting to start
>her much earlier. She is only 2.
