 I couldn't find any reference to the 10 Outstanding Young Inventors of the Philippines—if such awards existed in the first place. NAST probably considers these Filipino TOYS (Ten Outsatnding Young Scientists) as inventors as well. I think someone should cook up something like HOPIA - Heroic and Outstanding Pinoy Inventors Awards!
