Bev 05/14/04 7:11am PDT i think the beauty of music is in the ear of the listener. for me, jasmine trias sang the best on disco theme night. it was just that all the judges, including the usually nice paula abdul, lied (or had some hearing problems) that night, which made jasmine cry. just listen to the ai3 greates soul classics cd. jasmine recorded the 3rd best voice in the studio, just next to camile velasco (clearly the best!) and the similarly-maligned redhead guy whose name i've forgotten. (NT) -- ading a napusaksak, 05/15/04 4:18pm PDT also, regarding the voting controversy, hawaii's people shouldn't shoulder the blame as they were able to cast only over a million votes out of 9(?) million total on that tuesday night for jasmine ( i think she received the highest # of votes). most filipino-americans live outside hawaii, right?
