Subject: Who is the foreigner to whom he sold his patent, and when did he sell it? It's sad and unfortunate that the Philippine government didn't have the brains or smarts to recognize the true worth and value of his work and invention. His invention could have helped make the Philippines rich.

It's sad and unfortunate that the Philippine government didn't have the brains or smarts to recognize the worth and value of his work and invention. His invention could have helped make the Philippines rich.
