I think I'll field some of these, to flesh out my own thoughts on the subject. If anyone finds a strip where I contradicted these assertions, please point it out.

The Beforings' home domain is distinct from any other locale. [Possibly distinct from _any_ locale, if the Beforings in fact have no inherent positionality.]

Strip-within-strip ontology is intentionally contradictory. If a consistent reading of it exists, I made a mistake.

The supernatural messenger meetings, Zone of No Pudding, and afterlife are basically a single vaguely-bordered realm. If Linda was not hallucinating, at least some of the gods she fought were also within that domain; the same can be said of the Oz parody.

The MSG's mind is similar in nature to the ZoNP/afterlife/godrealm but distinct from it; the same can be said of the Fondue of Four Thousand Cheeses and, to a lesser degree, entered mortal minds.

Prozac as a planet was indeed physically situated within Universe of Pudding.

Extrastrip ontology is intentionally ambiguous. I believe it allows for at least two readings, neither of which is contradictory in itself.

In my current conception of the ending, all descript locations directly portrayed in it will be within the Universe of Pudding or at least be consistently readable as such.
