When you go to the zoo they ask you not to feed the animals.
The same should be observed for people like harry. If you try to have a straight up debate or conversation you will not get anywhere with him. HE DOES NOT POSSESS the necessary ability to understand anything other than just plain "ole okie talk'nstucky" He is like the apes in the zoo, if you feed him, he will lose even more of his ability to fend for himself and will become even more of a burden on the rest of society. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS!!!
