OK so no-one is interested enough to research this so I'll just tell you what my conclusions are. Bush and Rumsfeld have a company that is producing Anthrax vaccine. The FDA for some reason have failed it. Now in the Hoagland article(the second one) he is saying there is a conspiracy or something involving the FDA for not allowing this vaccine to pass. He does not mention, and possibly doesn't know, who the owners of the drug company are.

Now why would Bush's pharmaceutical company start producing a vaccine for a disease that has not been around for years? Unless of course they knew it was about to strike. How did Anthrax get out of one of the two only known repositories of the culture in the world that are apparently highly secure? Why is Anthrax suddenly turning up after the terrorist attack on Sept 11th? Why is it that 3 strains have shown up rather than just one and they are all curable. SO FAR?

I fear that Bush is staging an Anthrax strike for a couple of reasons.

1. To make money from being the only company in the states that can offer a cure to it.

2. To scare the public further into believing there is a war on terrorism. This will result in all manner of police controls across the country and perhaps across the world. In the Anthax laced letters they are publicising there is a religious reference. Allah. Now if it truely is terrorist attacks from the middle east why have none of them spoken up? Are they scared they will be attacked? Aren't they already being attacked?

Please keep in mind, we still have no evidence implicating Osama Bin Laden or middle eastern perpetrators of the 911 events and we're already at war with them.
