Apparantly you've been unanswered. If you have not recieved the answers you are looking for and wish to continue your questions with me, I'll answer what I can. It appears that you got most of your line of thinking from L.A. Marzulli, if I'm not mistaken. He is right on some things and on others it is purely hypothetical. But for the fluidity of his books it is written in as set in stone. That is not the case. You would be better off contacting my email then posting my answers on this board if you choose.
