This bill if passed would change the def. of a hate crime, from action to include speech also, so that means if a pastor speaks out against homosexuality he can be jailed for six months and a $2500 fine or anyone who speaks about homosexuality being a sin you to will be jailed and fined and thats not the worst part the $2500 goes to the person bringing the charge , this fine could close some small churches. So a person could come to your church listen in and then bring charges against your pastor and say he or she felt a threat and you will be fined and jailed it's as simple as that . Also a few lawsuites a month could bring down even the biggest church just think about it.....

I was trying to find the actual "text" of the bill on google and ran across this from the religious tolerance website at: http://www.religioustolerance.org/hom_hat11.htm
I seems its not as bad as some think! Give the article a read and let me know what you think.
Note I don't support this website but they do try and post the facts, with some bias I may add.
