I always have a ball playing a lot; of the free brackets available on-line. ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS, et al. Two of my brackets only have two losses after the first 24 games. Only BYU and West Va. screwed me up on those. I found one Bracket Contest that offered a free year of gas, but only if Murphy Oil is sold in your home state. I don't know if it is in New York, but they do have outlets here in Ohio. I was shocked to find out only 855 people signed up for this contest, but unfortunately, I already have four misses in the first 25 games. But, what the heck, one chance out of 855, I like my odds if I don't m;iss an any more games. (LOL)

Well, I went 26 for 32 in the first round. I stand tied for 18th place as only two entries were 28/32 and 15 people picked 27/32. Also, none of my losers were predicted to go to the Sweet 16 anyway. Unbelievably though, on this particular bracket, I picked Arizona over my beloved Cleveland State Vikings in the second round. How did I do this? I am beside myself. Looking on the bright side though, if the Vikes do lose, I will be one step closer to free gas for a year!

A perfect 8 for 8 today, including my traitoris pick against Cleveland State. I was 5 points behind 43 to 38 after yesterday's action. I now have 54 points (1 point for first round wins, 2 points for second roud) Now, I have to wait to see how many ahead of me picked less than 8 today.
