I don't know why Bauer didn't play more today either. I guess since Williams had it going, Martin decided to stick with him for the entire game. I can't argue...we don't often see one of our three posts go for 15 points.

As far as the rebounding effort it was Manhattan-like. Maybe not as bad but very close. Loyola must have had 10-15 trips where they got 2, 3 or even 4 shots off.

Today just wasn't the Foxes day yet they still fought this one to the final minutes...the Marist announcers said there was a sequence where Loyola had 6 players on the court and inbounded the ball but the refs didn't call a T, Martin argued but got nowhere...Loyola through an alley-oop that was so far off it went into the hoop for a three pointer...Goodwin missed a WIDE-OPEN layup with no one from either team even past the three point line, he got his own rebound and than missed it again...we just had most things going against us today, which is a familiar theme with us.

We got killed today by Jawaan Wright...he came in averaging 2.5 ppg and 2.9 rpg but had career highs with 13 points and 8 rebounds including 6 offensive rebounds. Marquis Sullivan also decided to come to life today as well...he hadn't scored in double figures since December 29th and was just 3-13 from three of the last 5 games, but he went for 17 on 5-10 from three today.
