Marist had a bunch of TO's, but you have to credit Iona for really pressing the action. Would like to see Caron's play even out, she hasn't been the same since the illness. One stat that surprised the heck out of me was that Marist was shooting less than 30% from 3 point range this year. The scoring of Fitz and Viani have helped mask that so far. It was brought up tonight because they shot the lights out from 3 tonight, and consequently able to overcome the unusually high number of turnovers they committed, plus stretch the lead at times into the mid-20's like last years team seemed to be able to do at will. In stretches they played like a top 25 team tonight.

This years team is perfect for that with the young players. This team has potential to do some great things this year and will be incredible next year.
