Subject: canon scan twain resolution

1. Open the Windows Task Manager

2. Search the Processes tab for STISVC

If the item is not listed, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Control Panel

2. Double click on Administrative Tools

3. Click on Services

4. Search for Still Image Service

5. If the Status does not indicate Started, right click on the option
and click Start

6. If the Status is listed as Started, right click on the option and
click Properties

7. Make sure Automatic is set at the Startup Type

8. Click Apply and OK if applicable
