Subject: Need help with TIFF and JPEG compression

I have been working with the TIFF aspects of the Envision library and found them to be very good. I am viewing the files I create using the 'Microsoft Office Document Imaging' software. All of the files that I view work fine, except 24-bit images with JPEG compression. This has also proved to be a problem with another viewer on my target production box.

Does anyone know if there is a bug in the JPEG compression routines, or is there another viewer that I can try (other than the Envision viewer) that will allow me to see if these images are valid.

Thanks in advance,
