Subject: Enlib instalation

I am trying to compilethe DemoD7 project but the compiler returns the error: [Fatal Error] DemoForm.pas[10]: Read error on '..\trial\d7\EnPrinter.dcu'
The components were installed (all the DCUs by Component->Install Component).
The package en_d7.bpl were instaled by Component->Install Packages...
The "search path" and "unit output directory" in "Project options" were aded with the Enlib DCUs path.
All the directories in "Library" tab of Tools->Environment options received the Enlib DCUs path except BPL received the "Packages" directory and DCP had no changes.

Should i set anything else to compile the example project?

I need to resize some images (TIFF Gr IV, multipage), changing its width and heigh, without changin its resolution (transform A3 format into A4). Could i do this with Enlib?
