Subject: Using Envision with TWAIN and USB Connections

We have purchased the Envision Imaging Library and have created a product. All of our tests were down on scanners with SCSI connections. However, I have a user that is using a Canon scanner that uses a TWAIN driver with USB connectivity. The program is locking up on them. I am guessing it is trying to communicate to through the USB port and is having a cow. Should this be happening? Have you tested scanners using the Envision imaging library with scanners connected through a USB connection? They can use the Windows imaging utility software to connect and scan just fine.
