Most clubs have been inventing ways around the salary cap ever since the cap came in.

Just because the new kids on the block come up with a blatant attempt to rort the cap don't be working yourself up into a hot sweaty lather over it when everyone else is doing it. In any event, havent the AFL ruled that the Scully Snr. payments are to be considered inside the cap?
