I dont think the AFLPA has been disgraceful but I dont think they have really engaged the issue. it's the fact the the AfL clubs get players at such a young age and they are so plentifully payed and the "glamour" lifestyle that for me means the clubs must have a real duty of care. Look at what has gone on in the US.

The Clubs and the AFLPA is run by older people brought up in a different age. Things have changed.
