Lesson learnt: never go into an animal with someone you don't know.

Don't feel bad re trainer not knowing your name. Ours (Little) had her in work for about four months of the eighteen months she was under his care, ran her in three tough, unsuitable maidens (fifth in each) and then sacked her. Spoke to him once in that time.
