We can still win a flag in the next 5-7 years which is Judd's window. It's not all doom and gloom, but it's not as rosy as some people make out either. We're close but miles away. There is still that fucking hubris issue that pugs loves to sing and dance about, it still exists. There is still too much Elliott influence there, Kernahan as much as I respect the bloke he should not be in charge. Carlton have plenty of powerful and intelligent supporters but they all seem focused on their lives and careers and arent interested in taking over, so we're left with a grouse club legend who hasnt got a friggin clue about business.

Remember he was the one who went to Pratt begging for money, then when Pratt asked how much do you want he froze so Elliott took over and said 5 million without flinching - and got it - Kernahan was out of his depth and shouldnt have been there. He was amazed Pratt said yes. He doesnt understand he's not cluey like some people are. Honest and loyal are awesome traits to have but it won't get you a position in the BRW richest 500.
