The idea is that we get better every year isn't it?

We only lost one player TT...a disruptive, petulent, enigmatic player at that. Just as capable of being the ball and chain as he is the rocket booster.

Our midfield will be stronger next year with the inclusion of mclean and further development of younger players, as will be our defense with Jameson and Waite back from injury. On the occasions where we were relying on fevola to get our goals we were nowhere near as dangerous as when he played a lesser role and the goals came from a wider spread. I'm obviously hoping Henderson becomes a player, he is 2 inches taller than fevola and coming into his 3rd season which fingers crossed might be the year his gets his chance and shows something. If he duds out then we will have to hope garlett and yarran step up, betts continues his good form, and something like hampson or ohailpin can round around as a mobile target.

I think we can get better next year, and I also think we can drop a couple of positions too. There isn't a lot between 5th and 12th anyway.
