Won't mention their names, but it has happened....and I've seen the same thing from pre-lim queens. Rule # 1 SHOULD BE that if you want the job of wearing the crown, whether or not it is Miss State or Miss Local, you should ALWAYS be on your best behaviour for EVERYONE, and not SELECTIVELY decide who is worth it and who is not.
