Actually thats not true. Teen winner, Scarlett Howell had a studio shot in the program book. Wasnt a Carter picture though. You may be speaking of the Teen Photogenic, Julia Bryant, whos award was improperly awarded by the Emcee. No name 18:04:11 10/31/09 Sat

the comment about the award being improperly awarded by the emcee....without getting too specific (no names) do you know that to be true? because that along with some other things last year were real .......????????????? and this is the first time I have heard this explanation.
