In NC, you aren't allowed to hold the same title twice, so it shouldn't happen this year. Now, there might be a girl who wins a different title but with the same ED she has had before; that is allowed. -- No name, 15:07:34 10/25/09 Sun

Isn't that what happened with Jill A . last year? So it is perfectly legal. I don't see why you cannot go for the same title as long as you skip a year. They used to do it in NC. -- No name, 10:45:57 10/26/09 Mon
