Hi Sharon,

My husband and myself have recently joined Heeley History Workshop and I said that I would look at the messages posted and try to get a message in return.

All enquiries have been printed off and you can e-mail me if you want to see whether anyone in the group recalls your family.

The history group meet every Monday afternoon 2-5pm at the old school off Myrtle Road. You are more than welcome to attend. WE DO NOT MEET ON BANK HOLIDAY MONDAYS.

Did you get a copy of the Group's book Heghlegh Then and Heeley Now? Watch out for the new book in the Autumn and do keep in touch. Sorry for the delay in responding - but I am about the only one in the group with a computer and the internet and as I say we only started to attend the Group last summer.
