Subject: Adventures With TheStormCellar. Pt 1: The Arrival

A couple weeks ago, Mini-Spike and Voodoo Gunn arrived at my doorstep asking me to show them around Madison and if they could travel with me when I went travelling. They went with me several places, and was *FINALLY* able to sit down at the computer for more than a few minutes to process the photos. Here begins the adventure:

Mini-Spike and VoodooGunn Arrive



TheStormCellar: I think I might have interrupted something.

So, they decided to just hang around my desk playing pool while I finished out my day at work.



Then we went out for a beer:



Spike: How in the world did Captain Forehead rate his own brewery?
Gunn: He da man!
Spike: Shut your yap, laywer boy!



TheStormCellar: Guys! You're too close to the camera!
Spike: Just take the photo, luv.
Gunn: CHEEESE!



TheStormCellar: Guys, what ya drinkin'?
Spike: Bar wench called it "Sinner's Stout"
TheStormCellar: What about you Gunn?
Gunn: I think the menu said "Devil's Dubbel"



Spike: I'm takin' this with me, pet.

Where on earth did you get Voodoo Gunn? He's adorable! And this, coming from a tru blue Spike fan (better known to me as 'Pookie')!

*pouts* I want to hoist a pint with Spike and Gunn- Maybe we could take them to the Great Dane in Fitchburg or something? Or what about Ethnic dining? Lulu's or The Parthenon on State? They need to "experience" Madison

It was so lovely meeting the boys when I was there. I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures as aired! Your captions are great! I myself had the Purgatory Pale Ale while at the Angelic Brewing Co., and like Spike, I had to leave with a "Drink No Evil" coaster (now on my desk with my vamp lily!).

I may well register and ask for a visit from the boys myself. I think we'd have fun with them here in the Twin Cities!

I love it...I can't wait to see Gunn and Spike in the state capitol. If you could somehow find a way to place Gunn on a podium, prepared to address the state assembly...make a plea to Save Angel, or to declare official Angel-day...

But, having them start at Angel's pub...brilliant!
