If you hear enough barking, it will help make you crazy, but I don't think that's what Threshold Services had in mind for their "four-legged family fun fest" at Wheaton Regional Park. Wed 10/29 7pm, VIENNA, VA: Spooky Pooch contest in conjunction with the 57th Annual Vienna Halloween Parade. March a 1/2 mile with the rest of the participants and dress up your dog to compete in unspecified kooky categories http://www.gooddogz.org/parade.htm .
