"DHL and Wilmington, Ohio make the big '60 Minutes' time"

RG, General Clay:

The ongoing DHL air-cargo business closure in Wilmington, Ohio, made "60
Minutes" last night; 6,000 good jobs soon to be lost, devastating the town and the tax base like many places. In Dayton, Ohio, at Tech Town, a proposed
computer campus to be built upon the ruins of old Frigidaire Plant #1 [a
demolished WWII monument to production], is supposed to be sort of taking over from Silly Con Valley in California. Of course, even Microsoft is finally laying off most of those Hi-B and L-1 immigrant tech workers that they imported, whom will probably not be exported or deported. I could not save Circuit City by wasting an extra $300 or so; all inventory now on sale at least 30% off until it is finally liquidated. Yes, laid-off GM workers are being retrained to have brains in computers, too. Damn! I'm using one now! I am a genius! I should not bitch because I should be rich! I am currently reading Ann Coulter's "Guilty", having just finished a blistering but brilliant and sort of brave infamous chapter about the destructive disease of single motherhood that does the bastard village children and our country no good. The nagging hags on "The View" ganged up on her, bitching about her facts and statistics. I could drive to Circuit City and check out laptops and digital cameras, not that I or most folks really need them now, despite still having available credit balances on our credit cards. Today, The Queen Mama and I dined fine in Northridge, after her protime blood test at the Dayton Heart Center, and then browsed and bought at the dollar store, where we even found and bought more cheap stuff that we didn't even know that we needed. Hannity, the reliable retarded Republican parrot, chatters on my stereo. Now, they are concerned and worried about increased government spending and the national debt! Yeah, trick the hicks, again, old friend! Yes, they love
God and guns and life and the free market and competition, John Boner
bullshitting with him now. These Wall Street geniuses who wanted to invest our Social Security money...which in fact they have done for fun. The Bushmen who have doubled the size and costs of the federal government, got us involved in two foreign wars, and have run up the debt to $10 trillion with a $1 trillion annual federal budget! Oh, and Sarah Palin caused Lame Brain McCain to lose because she was not moderate and tolerant enough. Yes, if only I had that journalism degree, somebody might finally print one of my columns or better letters about manufacturing and the military! No, I will not move to Manhattan Island to rub elbows with those old media 'hos. Republican nuts still babble about and try to trick the hicks with "tax cuts"...again without cutting any spending or downsizing the American Empire. I got it! Let's get the Chinese to pay the British to build a big navy and then reestablish their empire to do it for us, and then have some more World War One-type fun after little NATO nations finally pester and piss off the Russians enough by surrounding them and acting tough. We are doing everything that the Soviet Union did and we know it. At least these media whores are not equating these scattered infrequent small terrorists attacks as a war, worthy of Cold Warrior and Pentagon-PAC action overseas or at places like the bases. Only the deranged can never change...flower children and old Cold Warriors. It's going to be hard when we can no longer uselessly consume on credit cards, because we only need to shop at grocery and dollar stores, despite the advertisements of these Madison Avenue-genius media whores who want us to continue to buy and finance and charge even more, to keep the economy
going and growing. I look forward to our Grove City rendezvous, at Major
Cornett's house, with him and his dog and his spouse. I have a 31-year-old pair of 8 1/2" black patent-leather oxford Army shoes for you, to take to the
Whitesburg ROTC for me, last worn by me at Ft. Benning, Georgia, during the fall of 1978. Give them to a new ROTC recruit for me, one worthy of filling my shoes...without the babes and the drugs and the cigarettes and the booze. Home Depot is downsizing my 7,000 jobs, thereby joining others that have laid off union sisters and brothers. We've still got the Dayton Welfare State and The Base with that Pentagon PAC pork, of course. I'd squeal if I could get in on that old Cold War deal. Technically and legally, I voluntarily chose to retire from the DMAX factory in Moron City, regardless of management and queer peer pressure from suckass rats.

Respectfully,

Captain Harrison

P.S. Don't laugh, I've saved this as a "draft" and will
forward it to one and all, since like I'm not gonna
hang at the mall, and like stay at home without an
i-phone. I don't even play with a Wii Wii in W.C.

I stopped by Hazard City Hall and Mr. B.J. Ewen, the official in charge [?] of the Duke of Hazard certificates, has been appropriately informed of our needs for Lincoln Day Dinner, on the 7th of February. It is my plan to drive up on Saturday morning, arriving well before the scheduled Dinner. We trust that the weather will cooperate. We shall give President Obama an opportunity before dropping the hammer. I think that the Republicans botched things so badly that they have assured that Socialism, the German European model, is where we are headed as a nation; however, at our stage in life, we will most likely not benefit from the changes. My brother, who lost his job last month, has informed me that his unemployment benefits have been extended to a full year and he will qualify for four years of retraining at the college level, paid for by the government, at which time he will be eligible for SS. See this is not all bad. I suggest you check into the possibilities of additional education, at the expense of the government, majoring in journalism. With a degree in journalism, you could very well get on as a pool reporter at the White House. Probably, you will need to change your name to Jose Hernandez.
