Subject: Michael Jackson was The Thing of Pop
“Michael Jackson was The Thing of Pop”
Sorry, to me and millions of other flyover-country Middle American normal folks, the late Michael Jackson was The Thing of Pop and we wish that the moronic media celebrity worship would stop. None of them say that he was queer, weird and strange, if not deranged, for a fifty-year-old man, regardless of his music and his fawning fanatic fans. Why are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton standing in front of the cameras and those microphones? How can this be a racial thing, despite my minor dislike crime of having no meaningful memories of or passion for the late Michael Jackson? Last Thursday night [June 25], I was sort of surprised that Michael Savage’s talk-radio show [on WHIO-1290AM] was replaced by THREE HOURS of Geraldo Rivera and other FOX NEWS media-mouthpiece coverage of Michael Jackson and his demise. I relaxed in my hot bath and read from a good paperback book, instead of listening to too much of this nonsense.
