Subject: Je pense que Pat raison. 100 gr c'est la quantité habituelle de viande pour une personne. Ca y est, la recette est enregistrée sur mon ordi, et imprimée. Maintenant, faut que je parte à la recherche d'un sirop susceptible de remplacer le Sirop de Liège... *g*
