Subject: l'agar agar et moi....

j'utilise depuis quelques temps maintenant l'agar agar pour réduire le taux de sucre. Mais je dois constater que je me bats un peu avec le dosage selon les fruits. J'ai fait l'autre de la confiture de peches qui a BIEN pris. j'en ai à nouveau à faire et je me demandais si je pouvais recuire la précédente avec. est ce que l'agar-agar peut être recuit?
