Spain is going this year, after missing the pageant last year, and the representative competed in Mister International 2006 under the Italy sash. Interesting. Didn't he have dual citizenship or something? I faintly remember that. Also, Belgium's representative has been replaced, and Venezuela will choose their candidate on the 24th.
