Subject: That's seems true to me, because recently I read in Belleza Venezolana about how he participated in a recent Mr Venezuela or Mr Handsome Venezuela (can't remember which) pageant, which seemed suspicious to me. I don't even recall a "Mr. Dominican Republic pageant" so I don't believe that "the first runner-up was refused" as there wasn't one to begin with!
