 ok..don't be bulimic. You are causin cavities b\c the acid in ur puke is eatin away teh enamel, ur body is going to form this like spider web type thing on ur skin from the sudden leavin of nutrients, and when you gain weight back on ur body it is going to be harder for you to loose it cause you are slowin ur metabolism down...also b\c ur body isn't gonna have nutrients it is going to break down the muscle..no muscle...no dance. Really what you need to do is eat 6 SMALL meals a day with lots of fruit and vegi's...try to stay way from carbs tho...and lots of water will help...plz don't do this to urself!...sorry it was so long...lauren
