The best thing that you could/should do is read an learn what goes into your body all the time, and what gets stored, when, and how your body functions. That's the only way you'll know anything. Throwing up is *not* going to help, your body will become weak, and could even store fat. Read about what kinds of foods get stored, and what trigger your insulin.
