What i find that helps are plenty of plies ( bending the knees keeping back and bottom aligned ) also pushing one leg against a wall and trying 2 get it straight also putting one leg on the barre and sliding down helps alot and porte bras always help out yur back along with stretching up and trying 2 touch the floor while holding on 2 the barre...
