jess i am also a dancer who has problems with weight control. one thing i know is throwing up everything your eating is not good for you at all, starving yourself is also not helpful, it might be a quick solution, but in the long run it can effect your body so badly that you could have wrinkles when you turn 20. Last year i lost 35 pounds on this diet that my moms friend gave me, its really good to help you get back on the right track with eating and you don't feel that you are starving yourself. if you want it you can contact me at Babiprincezz5@aol.com* good luck
