Hi Alicia,

As you're constantly working on your flexibility during the year in and out of dance lessons, the splits would come to you quite easily, but by reducing the amount of stretching you do, it's easy to not maintain the amount of flexibility. Developing a solid routine where you stretch a few times each day, will help you maintain your splits and by working on them a little further every day, you will get the desired results. Write down 2 short term goals, and where you would like your splits to be in a month's time. Work hard and focus to achieve those 2 goals.
