Subject: Boise State slight change vs. New Mexico

Today, Boise State wore the blue Pro Combat helmets, but instead of the numbers being on the back of the helmet near the neck, they are centered squarely on the formerly "blank" side of the helmet, kind of like what Southern Miss has been doing this year.

Probably won't be depicted because it's on the non-visible side for this site, but it might be worth a note.

I do agree that it dosent need its own seperate depiction, but it should be noted, and the New Mexico game is not noted yet so it and this game should be.

Speaking of Las Vegas, ASU wore their black helmets against Boise.

Thanks Charles for the update on the Boise State procombat helmet, but the info is a little wrong. They wore them 4 times during the 2011 season with the first two against Fresno State and San Diego State having the one side blank. It was the December 3rd New Mexico game and the Maaco Bowl Las Vegas where they numbers where on the side. Just thought I'd clarify that.
