just saw more pictures from the linebackers and they still have white facemasks yet the picture of the quarterbacks showed they had clearly changed to gray...maybe they were new practice helmets or maybe they havent changed them all yet.

A couple of us over on Boise State's Scout.com website (Bronco Country) were speculating that they are practice facemasks. We probably won't know any official word until fall ball at the earliest.
new uniforms were annouced today with gray numbers for the home jerseys, and it was said that a gray facemask will be added to match that with no other changes to the current design
