In doing a little research, I've found about 20 club teams, some of which are at schools that have actual football teams like Ohio St., Miami (OH), North Carolina, and Clemson. I can't remember the link, but there is a Top 20 ranking out for club football teams that just started this coming season. I will try to find the link for you.

So now we know that there are at least 20 club football teams - how many others that are not ranked, I wonder?

Charles: I posted the same link in response to another post of yours above. Sorry about that.

There are three conferences that I know of, all are pretty well organized.

UNO, SIUe, Miami(OH), Xavier(OH), Ohio State, Marquette and Wright State play in the Midwestern Club Football Conference.

George Mason and Walter Reed (with a few others) play in the Seaboard Conference.

UNC, Radford, Clemson, South Carolina (with a few others) play in the Souteastern Club Football Conference.

South Alabama and Texas-Arlington are among a few others that I am aware of that are not affiliated with a conference.
