None of the Southland Conference teams have changed designs this season. To my knowledge, none have used throwbacks or anything like that either.

both the patriot league and northeast conference have no new helmet designs in 2009. Unless a throwback is used (which is highly doubtful for these schools) everything remains the same in 2009.
